Pain Medicine Maintenance

The Medicine Maintenance module is the part of your system that manages the ongoing, day‑to‑day details of a patient’s medications so everything stays accurate, up to date, and clinically useful. It provides a structured place to record each medication, its dosage, schedule, purpose, and any changes over time.

Instead of treating medications as one‑off entries, a maintenance module keeps them “living” — this is where physicians, caregivers, or patients can review, update, or discontinue items as conditions change. This ensures the rest of the system (pain tracking, medication intake logs, alerts, reports, and analytics) always works with clean, reliable medication data. In short, it’s the foundation that keeps the entire medication workflow consistent, safe, and medically meaningful.

Since we have a twin system in SharePoint Lists then, Adding or changing the Medicine profile will also change the profile in SharePoint, these need to be in sync otherwise it will fail.
